The chlorination plant wants to collect the sediment, but sediment keeps leaking out of the sealed tanks used for this purpose; it’s likely due to excessive gas pressure. Is there any better sediment collection device available? Could someone who knows this area please give some guidance? Thank you.
Please describe the problem in more detail
It is the sealed tank used to collect the dry ash discharged from the lower part of the cyclone separator in the chlorination plant; however, smoke was observed to be emitted in large amounts during operation. Now, we are looking for a device to collect this dry ash, one that provides better sealing to prevent leaks.
