Regarding the selection of centrifuges

Sodium formate is recovered from the residues; the components of these residues include sodium formate, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, Bontes salt, methyl formate, water, etc. Currently, the process involves first removing the light components and then using a centrifuge for separation. The problem at present is that the yield of sodium formate is low – nearly 50% of it is carried away in the tar. It is suspected that the performance of the centrifuge is inadequate. Is this issue related to the choice of centrifuge? If it’s a centrifuge issue, which type of centrifuge should be chosen?
