How to determine between double mechanical seals and single mechanical seals

RT. Does having two mechanical seals mean it’s a double mechanical seal just because there are two flushing options? For example, does a flushing scheme like PLAN23+62 mean that there are two mechanical seals?
It can be simply understood in this way: as long as there are two rinsing options, it must be a dual-seal system
From an external perspective, the dual-machine seal consists of two sets of sealing surfaces； In terms of the flushing scheme, only those equipped with PLAN52/53A/53B/53C/54/74/75/76 belong to the double-end seal type. Having two rinsing options does not mean dual sealing. I hope this helps you.
If PLAN52/53A/53B/53C/54/55/74/71 or 72/75/76 is specified in the flushing plan, it indicates a double-end seal.
Double sealing refers to two pairs of compensation mechanisms; that is, two sealing surfaces are required for double sealing. Before the PL41 flushing scheme, it was generally used for single sealing or the inner sealing in double sealing configurations.
