Equipment maintenance system: (1) Equipment maintenance should follow a system of assigning specific responsibilities to each piece of equipment, or a contracting system, ensuring that every piece of equipment, every pipeline, every valve, and every instrument has someone in charge of it. And promptly carry out tasks such as preventing equipment from freezing and condensing, providing insulation, protecting it from corrosion, and fixing leaks. (2) Through technical training, operators must achieve the ‘four understandings’ and ‘three abilities’ regarding the equipment they use, namely: understanding the structure, understanding the principles, understanding the performance, and understanding the purposes ; Know how to operate it, maintain it, and troubleshoot faults. (3) During operation, the operator must strictly follow the operating procedures and use the equipment correctly. It is required to prepare thoroughly before starting, conduct repeated checks during operation, handle things properly after stopping, and make proper adjustments while in use. Strictly adhere to the operational parameters; operation under conditions of excessive temperature, pressure, speed, or load is not permitted. (4) Operators must remain at their posts and strictly adhere to the routine inspection system. They should carry three essential tools (a rag, a wrench, and a listening rod), and follow the five-step operation method (walk, look, touch, listen, record). They need to conduct thorough inspections of the equipment along the designated inspection routes on a regular basis, proactively addressing issues such as dirt, looseness, shortages, disorder, and leaks, and carefully fill out records of operations and inspections. (5) Ensure proper equipment lubrication by adhering to the \"five fixings\" and \"three-stage filtration\". The \"five fixings\" refer to fixing the person responsible, the location, the amount to be used, the quantity, and the timing ; “\"Three-stage filtration\": from the large oil storage tank to the on-site oil storage tank, from the on-site oil storage tank to the oil jug, and from the oil jug to the fueling point. (6) Strictly implement a regular switching and mandatory maintenance system. Spare equipment should be rotated regularly, and measures should be taken to prevent freezing, keep it clean, and protect it from corrosion. Equipment that is sealed or left unused in this position also requires regular maintenance. (7) Operators should maintain the integrity of the paint on the equipment, pipelines, and control panels in their respective areas, keep the equipment clean, and ensure that trenches are clean-bottomed, shafts are visible, and the equipment shows its original color. Strengthen the management of static sealing points to eliminate leaks, spills, drips, and seepages, strive to reduce the leakage rate, and maintain good environmental hygiene by ensuring bright windows, clean floors, and tidy premises. (8) If the operator notices any abnormality in the equipment, they should immediately investigate the cause and report it for prompt handling. In emergency situations, decisive actions should be taken in accordance with relevant procedures, or the machine should be stopped immediately, and the situation reported to the shift supervisor and relevant personnel. Without identifying the cause, do not drive blindly if a fault cannot be ruled out. (9) Maintenance workers (for machinery, electrical systems, and instrumentation) should have clear divisions of labor, and carry out timely repairs on the equipment assigned to them. Regularly conduct on-site inspections to check the patrol records, proactively inquire with operators about the equipment’s operation status, and address any issues that are identified promptly.
