The head office has commissioned the purchase of a high-speed pump in China. The pump currently in use is of the Sundyne brand; it handles used oil, with a flow rate of 2.5 m3/h, a density of 100 cp, and a fluid temperature of 80–100°C. The solid particles present in the fluid have a size of 0–60 microns. Which manufacturers in China are capable of producing such pumps? Can Beijing No. 11 do it? Does any veteran know the contact person for the 11 organizations responsible for high-speed pumps? I would appreciate your advice. Thank you very much~~
We used those from the 11th Aerospace Research Institute before, and the performance was quite good, though the medium used was water.
We currently have 11 high-speed pumps used for pumping benzene, and they perform quite well.

Sulzer pumps are suitable for high-speed applications. All the new pumps purchased by our unit are of this type; the vertical high-speed pumps perform well, and there are no leaks in the mechanical seals.
All the high-speed pumps purchased for our new equipment are from Zhejiang Tiande. I’m not sure how it will work; I’m looking forward to it
You could give high-speed pumps a try – those from Hefei Huasheng Pump Valve Co., Ltd. I’m not trying to promote them; after all, these pumps represent the efforts of an entire generation. Please don’t criticize me, thank you
Domestically, Jialiite Ebara, Zhejiang Tiande, and Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology Equipment Company (Aerospace Institute 11)
I’m not sure what your budget is for purchasing this pump? There is now a type of rotary vane pump designed to replace high-speed pumps like the Sundyne; it has a seal at the inlet, and since it is not exposed to pressure or negative pressure, it is less likely to get damaged. The high-speed pumps produced by Zhejiang Tiande Pump Industry are set to gradually replace the expensive imported Santain high-speed pumps
We use GSB-L1 here; the medium is anti-hydrocracking material. The pump works well and has never caused any problems
