Industrial low-temperature water system

For a project I’ve been working on recently, the water entering the system needs to be at 10°C; obviously, circulating water cannot meet this requirement. When I searched on Baidu, I found only manufacturers of chilled water systems. Not only is the temperature too low, but our demand is also relatively high, at 500 cubic meters per hour, and all those manufacturers said that such a large volume is beyond what their systems can handle. I wonder how the experts in this community manage to find the right manufacturers when faced with such water issues. Could you recommend any? It would be great if sales staff from manufacturers that produce such devices could see it~

That’s right; when I think of lithium bromide chiller units, I suddenly remember that I used to discuss them with my colleagues. It’s just that time has passed and I’ve forgotten about it. Water at around 10 degrees Celsius is perfect for using with these units!

Hehe, I work in design, so such discussions are pointless. But if we really want what’s best for the property owners, we need to analyze whether lithium bromide cooling or electric cooling is the better option based on the price of steam; otherwise, the operating costs for lithium bromide cooling could end up being higher
The traffic volume is right there. Either large investments or high operating costs. If the design method is appropriate, it is still possible to find a balance point.
With my mediocre skills, I can’t even help the owner save money; if I can just ensure that the work is completed without major problems and that the vehicle can be used afterward, I’ll be very satisfied. Besides, with that salary of a few thousand dollars, he doesn’t expect us to do any particularly intricate work anyway~
