Drain the metering tank

Feed the material into the metering tank; the material must not come into contact with air or water. How should the venting be set up?
1. Check whether the feeding point upstream is a barrel or some other container turned upside down. 2. Consider the operating conditions, that is, calculate the processing volume. If it is used frequently, a pressure control valve can be installed to prevent overpressure in order to reduce the workload; if it is used infrequently, an exhaust line can be employed – for areas where there is no risk, exhaust to the outside environment, and for areas where there is a risk, exhaust to a flare
The liquid in the metering tank must not come into contact with air, so nitrogen is needed to create an airtight seal – it’s a quite complex process
A single-acting valve is used for the vent valve of the metering tank, and nitrogen pressure is employed for pressing the material
Add a nitrogen balance tank, and install a breather valve on the metering tank.
