How is the circulation spray volume of the final cooler determined? Why does gas always contain water, causing severe water contamination in the oil washing system? This forces the crude benzene system to undergo dehydration and cooling, thereby affecting production?

No! It is a horizontal tube heat exchanger, with water in the tube side and gas in the shell side, for heat exchange!
