To design a process that involves increasing the temperature of the flue gas entering the SCR reactor, which types of heating furnaces can be used? The flue gas temperature here is around 150-200 degrees Celsius; a temperature of about 300-400 degrees is required for it to enter the SCR, and the volume of flue gas that needs to be treated is quite large.
Heat it to 400 degrees; generally, electric heating is sufficient. Since you mentioned a large volume of gas, the operating costs will be higher in the long run； It is also possible to use a hot air furnace, burning natural gas or light diesel to heat it to 400 degrees.
