For a high-pressure catalytic hydrogenation unit that has been out of use for two years, what inspections and tests are required for the new pressure vessels and pipelines, and which departments need to give their approval?
Has it been inspected annually? If not, do it. If so, and you’re not confident, then conduct a pressure test.
Refer to the Safety Technical Specifications for Special Equipment, as well as the requirements for the use of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines
In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment
Apply to the local authorities responsible for the safety supervision and management of special equipment to arrange regular inspections for such equipment (pressure vessels and pressure pipelines), as well as safety calibrations for the safety accessories related to instruments. If the deactivation procedure has already been carried out, use can be resumed with the periodic inspection report.
