After the new centrifugal pump is filled with the medium, it is difficult to turn it by hand; what is the reason why it cannot be turned again?
What medium is being added? What type of centrifugal pump is it? Does it come with a coupling?
It’s equivalent to diesel; a centrifugal pump with two impellers, the coupling has come loose
It wasn’t preheated properly; it expanded due to heat on one side, while expansion was minimal on the side with lower temperatures, resulting in uneven gaps in areas such as the mouth ring
Well, it will get better after the mouth ring is filed down
Check whether the temperatures at the top, bottom, front, and back of the volute are uniform, and whether there is poor fluidity of the medium along with any signs of solidification
