When is this valve closed? Should it be turned off after the vaporization furnace has completed pressure relief? Should it be turned off after the gasification furnace replacement is completed?
This valve is called a low-flow purge valve, but in practice, it doesn’t have much practical use. This low-flow purge line is generally installed in parallel to the high-pressure nitrogen purge valve of the gas pipeline; such an arrangement makes it appear more like a bypass balance valve for the high-pressure nitrogen purge valve.
It is advisable to close this valve after the system has been depressurized and purged properly, and its temperature has dropped below 600°C;

No way – the slurry pipeline has its own purge valve, and the oxygen pipeline also has its own purge valve. This valve is designed to provide low-flow purge protection during shutdown, but this function is not particularly significant in single-nozzle vaporizers; it is relatively more important in four-nozzle vaporizers.
