Is there a low-load limit for liquid nitrogen washing?

Dear sea friends, is there a minimum flow rate limit for the liquid nitrogen cleaning process? What is the reason? I think as long as there is process gas with cooling capacity available, any amount of it can be purified; I’m just not sure whether it’s possible to obtain qualified refined gas at a 3:1 ratio

The operating procedures state that it’s fine to have no load for a short period of time, but if this lasts too long, there is a risk that the temperature of some pipelines will drop too low. Generally, there’s no problem; after all, there are many tests to be carried out before the cold box is started up for the first time.
For low load operations, it is first necessary to check whether the process gas levels of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide after low-temperature methanol washing are within acceptable limits; only then should the operating conditions for liquid nitrogen washing be considered.
