Does anyone know the purification process used by Shijiazhuang Jinshi Chemical? Is methane in the syngas separated before synthesis or after ammonia synthesis? I hope a friend can introduce me.
I’m not sure what the process is; if liquid nitrogen washing is used for purification, methane can be removed before synthesis.
Hydrogen extraction after low-methane purification for ammonia synthesis； Methanol is produced by converting methane-rich exhaust gases.
Are there any specific data on the gas composition and energy consumption? It seems that this process evolved from several processes used by Lu’an, so the energy consumption of the products might not be low.
