We stop the machine to try to seal the leak, but it leaks again within half a month of operation... I would like to ask our experienced technicians if there are any better ways to prevent this leakage problem

It starts leaking within 10 days, sometimes even within half a month – water seeps into the process gas.
Under normal circumstances, waste boilers do not leak, unless there is a shortage of water.
If it leaks in such a short time, it’s either a problem with the design or an issue with the equipment manufacturing.
I’ve also considered this issue and have been looking for a solution. Check to see if there are any other sulfur-related devices that can help avoid this problem. Or the issue was alleviated through technical modifications
Before starting the furnace, steam is first sent back to the waste boiler to heat it to above 100 degrees, thereby preventing the sulfur present in the boiler from self-igniting and producing SO2; this substance, when it comes into contact with condensed water, can cause acid corrosion
What is the temperature of the acidic gas emitted by your waste boilers? I recall reading a figure in some documents; it’s generally not more than 350 degrees Celsius, as otherwise corrosion can easily occur!
