Shielded pump bearing wear

Our company has two shielded pumps used for pumping DMO; the bearings in these pumps wear out frequently. After just over 100 hours of operation, the TRG value goes into the red zone, with a temperature of 150 degrees. The pressure at the pump outlet is 5 kilograms. What’s causing this?
Are the bearings made of graphite? Is the design temperature 150 degrees? Is it a bit high!
Exporting 5 kilograms – is the flow rate too high? The pump was still too small.
Bearing wear is caused either by high temperatures or the presence of contaminants!
This post was last edited by yangyong1980 on 2016-3-15 at 11:36. The DMO content is relatively high, and the bearing material is not wear-resistant; it is recommended to try using silicon carbide bearings； If the pump has a jacket, clean it; this will lower the temperature at the bearings.
