Do the steam and feedwater pipes for waste heat power generation belong to power pipes?

Based on these two standards, since the steam and water pipelines used in waste heat power generation do not fall under the thermal power generation sector, they should not be considered power pipelines; therefore, they can be designed in accordance with industrial pipeline design standards, right?

Where did you get that idea? What is your basis?
The question concerns power pipelines; please answer directly. There are differences between the implementation specifications for power pipelines and pressure pipelines
