Dear everyone: In our facility, calcium chloride dihydrate (in tablet or powder form) is produced. Due to the tendency of calcium chloride to absorb moisture and its poor flow properties, it often happens that valves cannot be opened or closed properly, preventing proper isolation. We have tried using gate valves, as well as gate valves equipped with flushing water, but none of these solutions have yielded satisfactory results. I would like to ask fellow users: what type of valves are suitable? ? ? ?
