Check if there are any defects in the valves of these oxygen pipelines There’s just something that doesn’t seem right
The upper part of the manual shut-off valve is severely corroded; is it made of carbon steel?
This valve is severely rusted – weren’t any protective measures taken?
There must be a problem with the static electricity bonding. This valve has ready-made static electricity bonding points on its flange.
The material of the manual valve can’t be carbon steel, right? Is the static bypass broken or what’s going on? There is oil on the pipes, and in case of a leak, it can easily catch fire.
There are two points to note: 1. Check whether the rainproof covers on the film-applying head and the breathing holes have aged, and whether rainwater can enter the actuator 2. The locking nut of the pressure adjustment screw on the air filter pressure reducing valve should not be used as the fixing nut for the pressure reducing valve.
