Regarding the scope of the valve type test report

Dear everyone, I have a question: for valves of the same type listed in a type test report, can a single type test report be used if the materials of the valve body and valve core differ? Is there any basis or source?
One should consider the manufacturing scope specified in the type test certificate (structural format, pressure, diameter, applicable temperature), rather than focusing on the type test certificate itself.
