May I ask who knows the name of this flange clamp and what standards it follows?
It should be a non-standard part, or a standard part defined by the company itself

The top and bottom are standard pipe flanges, while the middle one is a pressure tapping flange, or a sampling flange; these are generally defined by enterprise standards.
The emission ring is a special component.
Its English name is Instrument Tee; I saw it on a company sample. Similar to a reduced-diameter tee, only with a steel lining.
I’ve never seen it; something similar is a flushing ring.
