Pipeline flow calculation

May I ask the team leaders: is there any software that can calculate flow rate based on pipe diameter (inner and outer diameter), pressure, and length?
It is recommended to use a spreadsheet to create a calculation table according to the formulas specified in the standards. This formula is not complicated. Because different standard formulas vary, you don’t know which standard the person who wrote it used.
Please mention two formulas from the standards upstairs.
