Problems in processing threaded galvanized pipes

Is the threading of galvanized pipes done on-site? Welding damages the galvanizing layer; does threading not damage the galvanizing layer?
It was processed on-site; after we damaged it, we didn’t pay any attention to it and just used it as is
After welding, the weld area is replenished with zinc using zinc wire
What I understand is that the advantage of using threads is that it doesn’t damage the galvanized layer, while welding does damage it, right?
Is it necessary to insert a core inside and outside the pipe? Is it easy to operate?
In my opinion, welding a bit more severely results in less damage from wire pulling
Passing through wire damages the outer zinc layer but not the inner one; passing through water affects the zinc layer of the inner tube. Welding, on the other hand, results in such high temperatures that both the outer and inner layers are damaged
Zinc wire? ? Is it direct thermal spraying on the weld? What about the inside of the weld?
