Today, heat treatment is being carried out on some pipes as part of the project, and it’s necessary to prepare a record of the heat treatment process. If any teacher has such a document, please share it for reference. Thank you

The project requires the preparation of on-site supervision records, but this isn’t specified in the standards; we’re just forced to do it under pressure!
The regulatory requirements aren’t necessary; there is a heat treatment report, and hardness testing is also required after the heat treatment is completed. But the client insists on it, so there’s nothing we can do! Not only must one be present on site, but a record of the presence there must also be kept.
Just simply record the ambient temperature, the number of the heat-treated weld seam, the requirements for the heat treatment process, and whether everything is normal
