The workshop’s batching system consists of several horizontal tanks, whose vapor phases are connected to each other and ultimately lead to a water seal tank. These tanks are usually maintained at a pressure of 3–4 kPa. A breathing valve is installed on the top of one of the CPL tanks. What is the function of this breathing valve?
