Do not debug the device before it has been fully installed and connected according to the information in the technical data. Before debugging, please consider the impact of other devices in the system. If the equipment is left on or not properly turned off, an explosion may occur in the hazardous area where explosion protection is lacking. Turn off the Yamatake positioner according to the installation/in-progress instructions. The device is turned on and powered. Hazardous areas pose a risk of explosion. The device can only be turned on when it is powered off. Before debugging, check that the cover, cover lock, and cable entry are assembled as instructed, and remove any water from the compressed air pipeline. The device is damaged and may lose its protection type. The factory setting for the purge air selector is “IN”. In the “IN” position, water from the compressed air pipeline can enter the device from the pneumatic unit during initial setup. Before debugging the Yamaku positioner, ensure that there is no water in the compressed air pipeline. If it is not possible to determine whether there is water in the compressed air pipeline: set the purge air selector to “OUT”. In this way, water in the compressed air pipeline can be prevented from seeping into the equipment. Only after all water has been drained from the compressed air pipeline can the purge air selector be set to “IN” again. Loss of protection type can damage the equipment if the cabinet is opened or not closed properly. The protection type specified on the nameplate or in the technical data is no longer guaranteed. Ensure that the Yamaku positioner is firmly closed. There are unresolved errors in debugging and operation. If an error message appears, correctness of the process can no longer be guaranteed. Check the severity of the error. Correct the errors. If the error persists: - Stop the device from operating. -Prevent re-debugging.
