Lined ceramic elbow

The standard for ceramic-lined tubes is YB/T 176-2000. If I want to use flange connections for my bent tubes, can I first make the bent tubes from carbon steel pipes, then weld flanges onto them, and finally line them with ceramic? Is it in this order? I would appreciate some guidance from experts, thank you!

I think it would be even better to be able to give this directly to professional manufacturers for processing, right? I have previously worked on two projects that required ceramic linings; in both cases, I had the manufacturers produce them to the specified dimensions
Ceramic-lined wear-resistant elbows are not allowed. 5. It is required that the inner diameter of the elbow after ceramic lining be the same as that of the corresponding straight pipe (121 – 11.5 = 98); the corresponding steel pipes should be manufactured accordingly. 6. Consider the welding issues of straight pipes and bent pipes: A straight pipe can be inserted into a bent pipe by 20---30 mm. 7. The lined ceramic wear-resistant elbow is designed with a shrimp-waist structure, and is manufactured with an angle of 10° in the middle and 5° on each side. 8. The ceramic lining must be secure; it must not come loose due to accidental impacts during transportation, installation, or operation.
