Can hydrogen pipelines be buried and routed around firewalls?

It is located on the first floor; due to layout constraints, hydrogen pipelines cannot pass through firewalls, which makes the installation quite complicated. Therefore, it was proposed that the pipelines could be buried underground, thereby bypassing the firewalls and emerging from the ground inside. Is there any violation of any regulations? There shouldn’t be any.
