Piping engineers are the most exhausted when it comes to design :(; although the process engineering aspect is also important, most of the work involves copying things over:curse:. It’s either modifying someone else’s process package or altering the original company’s process package, along with doing calculations and analyses:@ – there’s no real innovation involved!

What was said upstairs is absolutely correct! In many cases, it is the people in charge of the manufacturing process who work under the supervision of project managers and supervisors; therefore, the pipeline designers in the design institute are the most exhausted and earn the least!

For engineering companies that focus on developing new technologies, piping may be considered a secondary task, so the bonuses associated with it will not be high. However, in cases of established manufacturing processes, piping is the main task involved. Of course, individuals hope for the highest possible bonus.
But now piping is much better than before; there are specialized software programs, whereas before it was all done by hand!

Project managers are in charge of the construction work; once there’s work to be done, you become a manager, but when there’s no work, you’re nothing but a person with an empty title, and someone else can take your place at any time. Piping engineers belong to the head office and hold fixed positions. It just varies depending on whether one is involved in a certain project or not. Is 200,000 high?
