Our company uses tannin extract + vanadium pentoxide + soda ash for secondary desulfurization. The incoming gas has an H2S content of less than 800 and ammonia content of less than 50. The outgoing gas has an H2S content of less than 0. Our by-products currently include pure sulfur, sulfur paste, and crude salt. We would like to inquire about any processes that can be used to purify the crude salt; it would also be great if you could provide the price of the product! !
In the case of using Qinhuangdao tannin extract, since the amount of hydrogen sulfide entering the system is relatively low, it is possible to ensure timely addition and that the components are maintained as required. There should be no issues related to the formation of by-products salts. Any trace amounts of such salts produced are generally carried away along with the sulfur sludge. Previously, at the Beijing Chemical Industry Experimental Plant, there were no problems related to salt removal; when testing the composition of the desulfurization solution, the levels of by-products salts were also low.
