The gas consumption of heavy ash is basically one ton of alkali and half a ton of steam, and the gas consumption is generally more than 400 kilograms. The power consumption is not necessarily certain. The power consumption is high when using a fluidized bed, but low when using a calciner. We use a fluidized bed, and the power consumption is about 35kwh. Water consumption is about 0.3 cubic meters/ton of alkali. The processes of each enterprise are different and the consumption indicators are different. Heavy ash furnaces generally use flash gas from light ash furnaces, which may not be included in consumption.
