The negative pressure system should be a Nash pump that uses sulfuric acid for drying. The basic reason is that there is negative pressure in the pipeline during operation, and there is no problem at this time. The problem lies in the fact that after the Nash pump is stopped, the pipeline is still under negative pressure, gradually sucking in the concentrated sulfuric acid. It became like this after a long time. These are the same things in the concentrated sulfuric acid separator of the Nash pump. Solution: A one-way valve is added to the inlet of the Nash pump to prevent back suction after the pump is stopped. For double assurance, the inlet manual valve is closed after the pump is stopped.
This happens to us too and we have to clean it every half month.
Check the sulfuric acid concentration~~, perform a pressure test on the vacuum system to see if there is any leakage, and suck water from the air into the system~~
You can check whether there is any problem with the liquid seal under the acid mist trap.
The purity of the high-concentration sulfuric acid used is very important. Whether it is sulfuric acid with few impurities, check whether the system is leaking, and then check the mist removal effect of the acid mist trap.
