It is recommended to use vacuum concentration to reduce the concentration to around 95% for reuse. As long as there is saturated steam at a pressure of 1.6 MPA or higher, and assuming a steam cost of around 100 yuan, the operating cost will be no more than 150 yuan per ton of dilute sulfuric acid.
