What is the maximum chlorine content in hydrogen gas produced by ion-exchange membrane caustic soda manufacturers?
It’s hard to answer such a question. Under normal conditions, the chlorine content in the hydrogen produced in the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production process is very low. But the original poster asked how high the maximum concentration could be; it should be close to 100% chlorine, which occurs when the voltage applied during electrolysis is reversed.
