Can a liquid chlorine storage room have windows? Must the plant for unloading liquid chlorine be completely enclosed?
Unloading quays are generally located outdoors.
Windows can be designed in liquid chlorine storage rooms, but they must remain closed at all times. The unloading platforms are all designed to be outdoors
Now, closed systems are required for both loading and unloading liquid chlorine.
