Our research institute is about to carry out a pilot-scale production test, and an electrolyzer is needed for it. Could you please recommend some companies specializing in the design of electrolyzers? The electrolyte used in these electrolyzers is sulfate, and it’s a membrane-type electrolyzer. This should be a system design; compared to chlor-alkali electrolyzers, the electrolyzers we use in our pilot tests are relatively small. If you have relevant design experience and can provide drawings that meet the requirements, please send a private message (my email: qiuzhian1@163.com). All the companies we found online were those that specialize in processing equipment; larger design institutes are unwilling to take on such projects, and we couldn’t find any smaller companies, so we would appreciate it if you could recommend some.
It’s probably not possible; academic research is okay, but production is difficult
Why? The electrolyte is something like sodium sulfate
Stop exploring; it’s useless. Industrial production cannot be completed
I am used as an electrolytic anode material, not for producing hydrogen; it’s just that hydrogen and oxygen are generated during the electrolysis process. The focus of the research is also on the electrolytic process at the anode.
Are you planning to design an electrolyzer or an electrolysis process package?

Not feasible; power consumption is too high, making it uneconomical
