According to the requirements of TSG07-2019, regarding the qualifications of the technical supervisor for licensing the filling of mobile pressure vessels, it is required that such a person possess an engineer title and experience in managing the filling of mobile pressure vessels. I would like to ask whether this engineer title must be from a specific field? Is it a good choice to become a registered safety engineer? Thank you all. An intermediate professional title in engineering or technical fields related to production operations is sufficient, but it still depends on the requirements of specific locations; in some places, a background in technical fields related to filling is required. I served as the filling technology supervisor for three years.
