Suspension process for PVC production

The suspension method PVC production process (BHC) used at Beijing Second Hospital has recently experienced frequent issues: out of 6 batches of material fed into the process, 1 batch turned out to be defective. Additionally, clogging of the spray valves occurred at the beginning of operation. Based on the above results, I would appreciate some guidance from the experienced experts in this forum. Why does this happen, and how can it be prevented or avoided?
Check the monomer feed pump and the soft water flow meter to ensure accuracy. At the beginning of driving, you can use a slightly higher setting for the individual components; switch back to the normal setting once stability is achieved. Analyze Category A indicators to assess the quality of the soft water and the quality of the monomers. Check the dispersant pipeline for any leaks, and add a little more as appropriate
Use the same agitator tank, or? Have the results come back yet?
