Are there any friends who have made soda ash? Now I want to install a 10,000 tons/year device. That kind of process is more suitable and I don’t want to invest too much.
Currently, the most commonly used soda ash production methods include: Four methods: ammonia-alkali method, combined alkali method, trona processing and nepheline comprehensive utilization ； The main raw materials of ammonia-alkali method are: Raw salt (or brine), limestone, coal and ammonia ； The combined alkali method not only produces soda ash, but also produces ammonium chloride, which needs to be coordinated with the synthetic ammonia plant. ； The raw material for trona processing is alkali ore ； The raw material for nepheline processing is nepheline ； The raw materials must be determined before deciding which production process to use. The scale of 10,000 tons is too small and may not have any economic significance.
