Turbine vacuum pumps–can be widely used in the vacuum filtration systems of soda ash and double-soda processes. The working principle involves gases being collected in the suction chamber of the turbine vacuum pump and then evenly directed into the impeller; through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, work is done on the gases. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the gases flow more expansively within the impeller’s flow channels, resulting in an increase in both their speed and pressure. Compared to water ring vacuum pumps, the main advantages are: 76%~95% higher efficiency and lower power consumption ; No sealing fluid is required, making maintenance convenient ; After adiabatic compression, the temperature of the exhaust gases is recovered and reused. There are already cases where three to four hundred sets of turbo vacuum pumps have replaced water ring vacuum pumps. It mainly includes papermaking vacuum, soda ash vacuum, alumina filtration vacuum, power plant desulfurization vacuum, tower top vacuum systems, vacuum crystallization and drying, vacuum filtration, vacuum transportation of various materials, vacuum water absorption, vacuum exhaust for degassing, and so on.
