Huasu Co., Ltd.’s electronic new material products were launched

　　According to Sinochem News, on December 18, HuaSu Co., Ltd. of Huaibei Mining Group held a ceremony to mark the completion of production of 20,000 tons per year of electronic-grade hydrochloric acid and 60,000 tons per year of electronic-grade caustic soda, as well as the launch of these products into the market. 　　The first phase of the company’s electronic new materials project commenced construction on June 28, 2024. The construction scope includes a 20,000-ton/year electronic-grade hydrochloric acid plant, a 60,000-ton/year electronic-grade caustic soda plant, as well as related auxiliary and supporting facilities. Among them, electronic-grade hydrochloric acid is produced by using industrial-grade hydrogen chloride gas as raw material; it is purified through processes such as dechlorination, dearsenification, and removal of light and heavy impurities, and then G3-grade hydrochloric acid is obtained by absorbing it with ultra-pure water ； Electronic-grade caustic soda is produced by using industrial-grade 50% sodium hydroxide solution as raw material, and after purification processes such as centrifugal sedimentation, resin adsorption, and microfiltration, G2-grade sodium hydroxide is obtained.
