On March 14, in order to unify thoughts, goals, and actions, accelerate the construction of key projects, and ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient commissioning of the project aimed at producing 400,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide per year, efforts were made to comprehensively review the project’s progress, analyze the current situation, address existing difficulties and bottlenecks, and plan out tasks for the next phase. At the meeting, Zhuang Xiaoyun, the overall project supervisor and deputy general manager of Huahua Chemical Engineering Company, delivered a motivational speech in which he emphasized that all those involved in the project must raise their political awareness and fully understand the strategic importance of this project in helping the company develop new sources of growth and enhance its core competitiveness. He put forward three strict requirements: First, safety must be given top priority, and red lines and bottom lines must be strictly observed ； Second, we must prioritize quality and create high-quality projects ； Third, we must prioritize efficiency and refine the milestone plan. He called on all parties to cooperate closely, take proactive responsibility, and implement various measures effectively. Wang Guangsu, deputy general manager of Huaqiang Chemical Company, and Ding Zhiyin, safety director, respectively made specific arrangements regarding infrastructure equipment assurance and work safety. Wang Guangsu called for further optimization of the construction plan, strengthened coordination and integration between equipment supply and installation to ensure seamless connectivity, improved construction quality, and the orderly progress of the project timeline ； Given the characteristics of the hydrogen peroxide project as a **highly hazardous process under key supervision**, Ding Zhiyin put forward five “ironclad rules.” These rules call for improving the safety management system, strengthening hazard identification and personnel training, and unwaveringly maintaining the bottom line of “zero accidents and zero casualties.” Immediately thereafter, participating contractors such as Hunan Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd., Hubei Wanxing Construction Co., Ltd., and China Chemical Engineering Sixth Construction Co., Ltd. also coordinated with one another at the meeting and made solemn commitments regarding construction efforts. The heads of each unit made commitments in turn: they will strictly abide by unified scheduling, fulfill contract obligations, and strengthen personnel management. With concrete actions characterized by “no shirking of responsibilities and no perfunctoriness,” they will spare no effort to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and to a high standard. Currently, the project has achieved phased results, such as over 80% completion of its foundational works and the orderly arrival of equipment and materials. Faced with the challenging circumstances as the project enters a critical phase, Zhuang Xiaoyun solemnly announced that the project is now fully placed in a “pre-combat state”. He profoundly pointed out that “a journey of a hundred miles is half done at the ninety-mile mark”; the more critical the juncture, the more it requires all participating units to work together in unison and harmony. At the same time, it is required that all departments and construction teams uphold the spirit of striving to overcome difficulties, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, face challenges head-on without evasion, and tackle difficulties without shirking responsibility. They must demonstrate a “tough work style” to conquer “difficult tasks” and make every effort to remove all obstacles to construction. “Though the road is long, taking steps will eventually lead to the destination ； Though the task is difficult, it will be accomplished if done. ”Zhuang Xiaoyun called on everyone to take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen their confidence and redouble their efforts. He urged them to unite as one and pool their strengths to overcome difficulties, so as to ensure that the hydrogen peroxide project is completed and put into operation on schedule.
