Our company’s sodium carbonate over-alkali content is controlled at 0.3~0.5g/L
There is no need for it to be as high as 0.1~0.3g/L for our company. You can calculate it based on the Ksp and salt effects of various precipitations. There is no need for it to be as high as 0.6. Haha, the separators we produce are only 0.1~0.3.
Our sodium hydroxide is too alkaline: 0.1-0.4 ； Sodium carbonate over-alkali content: 0.3-0.6
The amount of sodium hydroxide over-alkali in our factory: 0.2-0.3g/L ； Sodium carbonate over-alkali content: 0.4-0.6g/L.
It is best not to lower the sodium percarbonate alkali content below 0.3g/l, but 0.6g/l is indeed too high. It is better to control it at 0.4~0.5.
