Every time our unit cleans the heat exchanger, we have to remove and clean the plates, which results in most of the pressure strips used in the heat exchanger becoming unusable and requiring replacement. I would like to ask those with experience: how can we clean the heat exchanger in such a way as to reduce the number of pressure strips that need to be replaced? Is it possible to add flushing bypasses at the inlet and outlet ports on the acid side and water side? For clogged heat exchangers, can flushing water be used to clean both the water side and the acid side, thereby avoiding damage to the pressure strips caused by removing the heat exchanger?
No need for disassembly; simply swap the directions of the dilute acid pipe and the cooling water pipe
Are the inlet and outlet pipes both made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic?
Move the plate to a different position; using the cooling water pipes as a reference, only minor adjustments to the dilute acid pipes are needed. Our factory has made such adjustments and achieved very good results
The cooling tubes can also be modified, with some of the glass fiber tubes being replaced by PVC tubes

There’s no need to disassemble or clean it at all; just reverse the direction of the acid circuit and the cooling water circuit, and the result will be good
