Our plant’s waste acid cracking unit is used to treat 85% of the waste sulfuric acid coming from the acetylene dry cleaning section. Previously, the quality of the product obtained in both the first and second absorption stages was good. Recently, however, the acid product in the second absorption cycle tank has turned milky white; will it remain milky white even after replacement? Have sea friends encountered this problem? How should it be solved?
Check whether the packing in the absorption tower is corroded, and analyze the fluoride content in the circulating acid
