Is it possible to concentrate 3%~5% sulfuric acid wastewater?

Wastewater contains 3% to 5% sulfuric acid; is there a way to concentrate and recover it? Originally, acid-base neutralization was planned; however, considering waste and the high cost of using alkalis, I am looking for appropriate technologies for recycling.
The concentration is too low; the costs of the recovery equipment and operating expenses far exceed the cost of this small amount of alkali.
It’s best to find a direct use for such low-concentration acids; concentrating them is a costly, time-consuming, labor-intensive process. Think about it – concentrating 5% dilute sulfuric acid to 50% means removing 90% of the water. Is there any cheap and convenient way to do this? Neutralization and disposal should be the simplest and most cost-effective method.
If dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration of around 3% is to be concentrated to around 10%, is a graphite triple-effect evaporator necessary? Is there a better way?
You might as well add 98% acid to make it 10%
It’s technically possible, but economically it’s likely not feasible
