Discussion on the issue of sulfuric acid concentration

As the title suggests, the WSA acid production process can yield sulfuric acid with a concentration of around 98%. What process technologies are available to further increase this concentration to the level of fuming sulfuric acid?
The condensation limit concentration is 98.3%
There is an excess of water; removing moisture through steam makes it impossible to produce fuming sulfuric acid

The theoretical limit concentration is 98.3%; the concentration depends on the levels of sulfur and water in the process gas (the acidic gas source determines the water content), so the concentration is essentially limited by these factors. The acid concentration can be adjusted by modifying certain process parameters, but the actual range of adjustment is limited
There are already technologies that can increase the concentration to niacin.
Could you please explain? Let’s learn about this – condensation definitely cannot produce niacin
