Problem of the sulfuric acid pump not being able to deliver sufficient flow

Currently, there are no adjustments to the system. After the pump was repaired, the flow meter at the pump outlet shows a reading, but no feed is occurring. What could be the cause of this?
Check carefully: 1. Is there a problem with the flow meter?； 2. Is the inlet valve open? 3. Is the pump inlet pipeline clogged? 4. Was the gas inside the pump removed completely before starting the pump? ； 5. Is the liquid level in the feed container sufficient to meet the requirements of the pump? ； 6. Is the motor rotating in the correct direction? ； 7. Check carefully whether the couplings are properly connected, and so on.
The flow meter has a display, but there is no feed, which indicates a fault with the flow meter
1. Check the current of the pump; if it is very low, it indicates that no flow is occurring. 2. If the pressure at the outlet of the pump is high but still no flow takes place, it’s possible that the outlet valve isn’t open. 3. If both the current and pressure are normal, but the liquid level has dropped, then there is likely a problem with the flow meter.
