Some of them can’t even be called papers; they are nothing but nonsense, with fake data and conclusions that simply cannot stand up to scrutiny
For example, there are comparison charts showing the performance curves of certain imported catalysts produced by a catalyst manufacturer that often appears at sulfuric acid conferences and sulfuric acid technology meetings, compared with those of its own catalysts; the manufacturer itself doesn’t know what it wants to convey and is unable to answer the related questions. The standards for measuring performance vary as well, and yet the conclusion drawn is that their catalysts have better performance than the imported ones. . . . . . . . . .

There are usually two such events per year; the most recent one was at the beginning of December, organized by the Sulfuric Acid Industry Association, in Zhuhai
