Recently, the dilute sulfuric acid concentration project of Qinghai Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned in one go. It is currently operating well, with all indicators meeting the expected standards, thereby providing additional impetus for the company to reduce pollution and promote environmental sustainability. This project is a key initiative by Qinghai Yihua to promote green development and resource recycling. It took only 135 days from the start of construction to the commissioning of the facility; currently, the plant is operating smoothly, with all technical parameters remaining stable and under control, and its daily processing capacity meets the design requirements. This project utilizes advanced domestic vacuum concentration technology for dilute sulfuric acid, using medium-pressure steam as a heat source to concentrate the dilute sulfuric acid generated in the electrolysis process for reuse, thereby reducing hazardous waste and enabling resource utilization. Next, Qinghai Yihua will focus on using intelligent and green technological upgrades as a key strategy, continue to adopt new technologies, processes, and equipment, and steadily foster new drivers for green development.
